Overnight Oatmeal Parfait


I’m not much of a morning person, so I like to get as much done the night before. Whether it’s picking out my outfit, making my lunch or getting my purse together, I like to do everything I can to maximize my sleep. The later my alarm goes off the better. That’s why this overnight oatmeal is perfect! It’s easy to put together (the night before), filling and perfect for life on the go. Not only is this breakfast jar parfait tasty, it’s healthy! You can also personalize this recipe with your favorite ingredients such as chia seeds, peanut butter, almond butter, granola and/or different fruits.


  • 1/3 cup Old Fashioned¬†Oats
  • 1/3 cup non fat milk
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • sprinkle of ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup plain non fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup blueberries

How to:

The night before, mix oatmeal, milk, vanilla and cinnamon in small bowl. Cover and keep in fridge over night. In the morning, give the mixture a little stir then place these layers in a bowl or mason jar:

  1. 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  2. 1/4 cup strawberries
  3. 1/4 cup blueberries
  4. oatmeal
  5. 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  6. 1/4 cup strawberries
  7. 1/4 cup blueberries

Now set your alarm for a few minutes later tomorrow :) Enjoy!
